This floral cake spray is beautiful but very delicate. It arrived bubble and foam wrapped but I noticed that this spray was all white, no green leaves as mentioned in the description. There were some small broken pieces but it was hardly noticeable. If the spray was the focal point, I would have been up in arms but since it wasn't and the leaves are ruffled, it passed the test.
I was happy with the all white so it all worked out in my favor. It was purchased in order to decorate a very small wedding reception cake and I think it worked out quite well. It was more tucked into the back but gave the single layer cake a bit more pizazz than just a plain top. I can see how just a few of these could totally transform a simple cake into something a bit more special.

... which i mention because there are no green leaves. there's no color on anything, it is all solid creamy white.
make note that it is creamy white. i included pictures of the bright white foam that was wrapped around the blossoms for transit, and how it looks almost ivory-yellow against that bright white.
in other words, this might not be best suited for a bright white cake.
luckily we're using it on a cream cheese icing, with some extra vanilla, so it will have a creamy hint of color to it.
this was so carefully presented - after carefully unwrapping there was one tiny broken bit and i did find which petal it came from, but it wasn't especially obvious.
of course, i ate the little broken crumb.

I’ve been trying to improve my culinary skills lately and decided to bake a cake for my sister’s upcoming bridal shower. I wanted it to look professional and beautiful while still being delicious. I used it as a topper, but it would also look pretty arranged along the side of a layered cake. The flowers are attached to a matching white wire that’s flexible and easy to position. I have a very specific need for quality decorating flowers for a cake I'll be making in about a month, and when I saw this product, it looked like it would fulfill that need. To test it out, I constructed a test cake using some styrofoam that I colored red with some dye, and wrapped with plastic food wrap. I then cut the small spray of flowers from the main stem, removed each of the individual large flowers, and placed the spray and individual flowers per my plan on the test cake.
The test cake looked nothing short of incredible! The flowers in this product are meticulously made with amazing detail, and to say the cake I make next month will look great is an understatement. (Assuming, of course, I don't screw up making the cake!)
This product is a good value given the high quality of the flowers and the overall design of the arrangement. Very highly recommended!
Sugar Blossom Cake Spray - Global Sugar Art is one of the brands I trust when I buy my cake decorating supplies but I had never ordered any of their gumpaste flowers previously.
Ordered this white cherry blossom to go on a Christmas Birthday cake I'm making - and ordered in white as I wanted to make sure the coloring would be to my preference. I'll be doing the shading and color myself.
I was happily surprised at the care taken on this gumpaste flower. It was well made and arrived so gently protected that none of the flower(s) was broken. It's pretty and a nice size.
It was beautiful but easy to break. A few came broken. I contacted the seller and they send me a replacement.

I couldn’t resist, I broke off a tiny bit from the back of the flower and it’s sweet :) Like sugar! It’s really pretty, the flowers are intricate. The smaller ones just have holes, but I figure you can just attach some dragees on top of the holes with a bit of icing or something. There are some inedible looking components, like the wires. The wires made it easy to rearrange the piece to my liking. It’s kind of fun.
Mine came intact, which is why I had to break a piece off (it wasn't easy to break a piece off. It's . There was bubble wrap entwined around each of the big flowers. Then the whole thing is wrapped in a foam sheet and a big piece of bubble wrap inside its cardboard box.

Gorgeous gumpaste flowers. These came very carefully wrapped and package so I did not have any broken flowers. The wires made it sturdy and easy to rearrange the flowers on the cake. In my opinion, great value for a such a beautiful product. ($20 as of 12/2025).
This is a very beautiful decorating piece, however, I have some concerns
The first is that it's build more like a boutonniere, like, i could pin this on a lapel. Attaching to a cake seems simple enough and you could easily undo the masking tape around the wires and spread the bouquet.
It arrived intact, every piece was flawless and it was carefully wrapped in bubble wrap...but not much else, no sealed container, just wrapped a few times in bubble wrap and straight in the brown cardboard.
I'm a little concerned about cleanliness, as it there was no proper seal to protect it from contamination, pests, or moisture, not even a zip-lock baggie. I attached photos of how it arrived and how it looks unwrapped.
Overall a good value and a gorgeous piece, but I probably wouldn't eat it.
I have used this brand’s gum paste flowers many times and am always incredibly happy with them. These are no different and I can’t wait to use this sugar blossom spray on a cake. They are flawless, have life like detail and are very professional looking. I have tried many times to hand make flowers like this but they just don’t stand up to the quality, art and detail of these.
I used this sugar blossom spray on a tiered birthday cake and it looked absolutely stunning. The white cherry blossoms with soft green leaves added a delicate, romantic feel, and the wired stems made it easy to shape around the top tier. It arrived well-packaged with no damage, and the size was perfect for a centerpiece accent. Beautiful craftsmanship.
Arrived wrapped in layers of foam and bubble wrap. All flowers completely intact, arranged on floral wire like a spray. Very pretty and convincing. A little bit pricy but you get what you pay for, I guess. Definitely worth getting these instead of trying to hand make them.

These gumpaste flowers are absolutely gorgeous! I was super impressed at how well these were wrapped and protected. They look beautiful even before they go on the cake and photos truly just can't do them justice. The flowers seem well made and high quality. They are a great thickness and feel very sturdy. My only wish is that the white version of the flowers also included the green leaves, but sadly they didn't. They do still look beautiful though and the value for what you get is pretty good as well. Overall, I was pretty impressed with these! I'm not sure which cake I will use these on yet, but they would be perfect for a wedding or baby shower cake!

I bought this Sugar Blossom Cake Spray for a spring-themed bridal shower cake, and it was the perfect finishing touch.
