I love adding a few scoops of this product to a basic cookie icing made with confectioners sugar. It gives the icing a firmness upon drying. The cookies are easy to stack when stored. If I use this as an additive I don’t end up with icing that is hard as a rock! The cookies are still easy to eat.

If you want to whip up a batch of decorated sugar cookies, make beautiful flowers or detailed adornments, or just want to secure things with an edible icing "glue" this will work all of these tricks! just add water and mix and...viola!! ready to be used.
