I used this for my customer cupcakes. Everyone love it.
Pros: package was wrapped tight, no flowers broke.
Cons: This flowers is really hard so I would recommend you not eat them or let customer bite them.

I ordered these roses for my cupcakes and a small cake and cannot get over how beautiful they are! The listing stated 1.5 inches and that’s exactly what I received. Each flower was meticulously wrapped in foam and they arrived in perfect condition. I’ve been baking semi-professionally for years and I was looking for edible flowers that contained no wires but my experience is that most gumpaste doesn’t taste great. These had a slightly sweet mint flavor, but as with all the other gumpaste flowers I have purchased, they are VERY hard and are meant more for show than as a sweet candy treat. If I wanted a sweet candy flower, I would buy royal icing roses but they aren’t as detailed or lifelike. These roses are SO easy to use and really brought my dessert table up a notch. All the guests were so impressed-I would definitely order again. I can’t wait to try some of the other colors for upcoming dessert tables!
