I was so excited to try Chef Alan’s new royal icing for cookies. This was not your typical royal icing!! The finish is just beautiful and the icing dries all the way through but not rock hard like traditional royal icing. This is my go-to icing from now on! The light vanilla flavor matches perfectly with any cookie. The resealable bag is great if you only want to make small batches. Definitely a 5 star product!
I just loved Chef Alan’s cookie icing. It mixed so easily, just follow the directions to get the right consistency for cookies and you can’t go wrong. The cookies dried overnight and I stacked them to freeze. Great flavor too!
WOW! This icing is magical. It dries beautifully, has a nice finish, and does not get as rock hard as regular royal icing. The flavor is exceptional! I did try the suggestion to dry a few cookies under a heat lamp and wow, they stayed so shiny! Much better than I've made from scratch.
Easy to use even with a 3 year old chef. Easy to color, mix, and apply. Dried quickly and tastes good!
